Getting started
What is Oravane?
Oravane is a premium astrology and divination platform. It reads your real birth chart, tarot, numbers and more, and lets you talk it all through with AI guides — clearly, warmly, and grounded in your own data rather than a one-size-fits-all sun sign.
Do I need an account to use it?
No. Over 100 tools, calculators and libraries are free and work without signing up. An account lets you save readings, keep a profile bank of the people you care about, and unlock the personal daily features.
What do I need for an accurate reading?
Your birth date, and — for anything involving houses or a Rising sign — your birth time and place. Date alone gives a solid reading; adding a time and place makes it precise.
Why do you ask for my birth time and place?
The exact moment and location of your birth fix the houses of your chart and your Rising sign — the difference between a general reading and one that is genuinely yours. If you don’t know your time, we still give you everything that doesn’t depend on it.
Your account & data
How do I save a reading?
On any result page, use the “Save” button. Saved readings live in your account under Saved, grouped by type, and you can reopen or delete them any time.
Can I add other people — a partner, a child, a friend?
Yes. Your account has a profile bank on the Settings page. Free accounts can save one person for compatibility; Pro accounts can save several and get a deeper, individual reading for each.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, click “Forgot your password?”, enter your email, and we’ll send you a link to set a new one. The link is valid for one hour.
How do I delete my account?
From your account settings, or by writing to [email protected]. We remove your personal data — see the Privacy Policy for the details.
Readings & the AI companions
Is any of this scientifically proven?
No. Astrology, tarot and numerology are traditions of meaning and self-reflection, not sciences. We take the craft seriously — the astronomy behind your chart is real and precisely calculated — but the interpretation is for insight and entertainment, not prediction. Am I talking to a real person?
No — every Oravane guide is an AI. We label them clearly as AI and never pretend otherwise. They’re built to be warm and genuinely useful, but they can be wrong, so treat their replies as reflection, not fact.
What’s the difference between the six guides?
Each has a real specialty — an astrologer, a tarot reader, a numerologist, a straight-talking advisor, a deeper “shadow work” guide, and a love guide. They stay in their lane: a tarot guide reads cards, not your chart. Meet them all on the Guides page.
Can Oravane help in a crisis?
No — Oravane is not a crisis or mental-health service. If you’re struggling or in danger, please reach a real person: in the US call or text 988, in the UK call 116 123, or contact your local emergency number. Our Safety page has more.
Pro & one-time reports
What does Pro unlock?
Pro is the living, personal layer: your own daily horoscope and tarot from your chart, full-depth readings across the site, unlimited conversations with all six guides, deeper compatibility for the people you save, and more. It’s $9.99/month or $49.99/year.
What are the one-time reports?
Deep, multi-page premium reports — your full birth chart, a relationship report, a year ahead, and more — that you buy once and keep forever, no subscription needed. Pro members get 20% off every one.
Do I need Pro to buy a report?
No. One-time reports are for everyone. Pro just makes them cheaper and adds the daily and unlimited features on top.
How do I pay?
Card (Visa/Mastercard) or crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH and more). Pro can be monthly or annual; one-time reports are a single charge. Have a coupon? There’s a field for it at checkout.
How do I cancel Pro?
One click on your Subscription page — no rebills, no maze. Your Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Crypto passes don’t auto-renew, so there’s nothing to cancel.
What’s your refund policy?
All sales are final — everything is digital and delivered instantly, and you can preview the free tier of anything before you buy. If you were charged incorrectly or didn’t receive a report, contact support and we’ll fix it. Full details on the Refunds page.
Privacy & trust
What do you do with my birth data?
We use it to generate your readings — nothing else. We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. See the Privacy Policy.
Is my conversation with a guide private?
Yes — your chats are tied to your account and used only to give you your readings. Still, don’t share anything sensitive you wouldn’t want processed by an AI service.
Is Oravane free to keep using?
Yes. Every calculator and library stays free forever. Pro is an optional personal layer on top — nothing you get for free is ever taken away.
