Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details — your email and password (stored hashed), and optionally your name.
• Birth & profile data — birth date, time and place (and coordinates), plus any partners/children/friends you save. This powers your charts and readings.
• Your content — saved readings, dream entries, support tickets and messages you send the AI companion.
• Payment data — handled by our processors; we keep a record of the purchase (amount, plan, date) but not your full card or wallet details.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-friendly analytics (self-hosted) and technical logs to keep the site working.

2. How we use it

• to generate your charts, horoscopes, reports and companion replies;
• to run your account, purchases and the personal daily features;
• to answer support requests and send transactional emails (like “your report is ready”);
• to keep Oravane secure and to improve it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run Oravane, and only what they need:

• Payment processors — lava.top and NOWPayments, to take payments.
• AI provider — the model that generates readings and companion replies receives the relevant reading inputs (e.g. your chart), not your account credentials.
• Email — to deliver reports and replies.

We may also disclose data if required by law. We never sell or rent your data.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working, plus privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics that don’t track you across other sites. We don’t use advertising trackers.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and readings while your account is active. Ephemeral data (like daily cache) is cleared automatically. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. Delete your account and we remove your personal data, except where we must keep limited records (e.g. a payment receipt).

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data from your account settings, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to export your data or object to certain processing. We’ll honour valid requests.

7. Children

Oravane isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. See our Safety page for how we treat users under 18.
