Terms of Service

1. For entertainment and self-reflection

Oravane offers astrology, tarot, numerology, Human Design and related readings, plus AI “companion” guides. All of it is provided for entertainment, personal insight and self-reflection. It is not professional advice and is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional. Do not rely on Oravane for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other important decisions — for those, consult a licensed professional.

2. Who can use Oravane

You must be at least 13 years old to use Oravane, and at least 18 to make a purchase or hold a paid plan. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the free features only with a parent or guardian’s permission. By using Oravane you confirm you meet these requirements. 3. Your account

Some features need an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information (including birth data, which powers your readings). You can delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

4. Purchases, plans and billing

• Oravane Pro is a subscription ($9.99/month or $49.99/year) billed through our payment providers. Card subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• One-time reports are a single charge, delivered as a downloadable PDF and kept in your account.
• Payments are processed by lava.top (cards) and NOWPayments (crypto). We don’t store your full card or wallet details.
• Coupons, where offered, apply only as described at checkout and can’t be combined unless stated.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change; changes never affect a period you’ve already paid for.

5. The AI companion

Oravane’s guides are artificial intelligence, not real people, psychics or licensed professionals. They can be wrong, and their responses are generated for reflection and entertainment. Never share sensitive information you wouldn’t want processed by an AI service, and never treat a reply as professional advice. If you’re in crisis, please use the resources on our Safety page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Oravane for anything unlawful, harmful, or to harass others;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or resell the service or its generated content;
• misuse the AI (e.g. attempts to jailbreak it, extract prompts, or generate disallowed content);
• use another person’s account or impersonate anyone.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Content and intellectual property

Oravane and its content — text, designs, code, artwork and generated readings — are owned by Oravane or its licensors. Readings generated for you are yours to keep and use personally; you may not resell or redistribute Oravane’s content or present it as your own product. Anything you submit (like birth data or chat messages) stays yours; you grant us the permission needed to operate the service for you.

8. Disclaimers

Oravane is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that readings are accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any outcome will follow. Astrology and divination are not sciences.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Oravane is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the service. Where liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes and contact
