The judgment
Pure receptive force — earth doubled. Strength here lies in yielding, supporting and responding rather than initiating. Success comes by following a capable lead and nourishing what others have begun.
The image. Earth upon earth — the vast field that receives and bears all.
Guidance
Don't force the front; serve, sustain and stay devoted. Like the earth, carry things with patience and they will grow.
How it’s built
Every hexagram is two trigrams — the lower one beneath the upper. This one is Kūn below Kūn.
