Halathriel is named for the first hail of autumn that fell as she drew breath, and Autumnarrow for the narrow path of an arrow that splits the storm.

You can call down a single lightning bolt that always strikes with perfect comic timing—never lethal, but always drenching or startling the target. Once you have used it, you must wait until the next cloudburst to call it again.
