Tanwen Rushmote
the Moonmote Fairy
Named for the pale shimmer of moonlight trapped in a single rush-plant's dewdrop — Tanwen meaning moon-blessed, Rushmote meaning a mote of marshlight.
Power
Dewbind — you can seal a spoken promise with a drop of night's moisture; if the vow is broken, the dew dries and every soul present forgets the promise was ever made, including you.
- Familiar

The first thing you remember is a single drop of water sliding down a rush blade, and in it you saw every moonlight you would ever hold. You reached out to touch it, and the marsh grass grew around your wrist like a bracelet. That was the day the reeds learned your name, and they have been calling it ever since.
