Tansy Moonhurst
the Thornshadow Witch
Named for the bitter tansy flower that grows at the edge of moonlit clearings.
Power
You pull thread from the spaces between stars and stitch it into shadows, making them hold shape or memory.
- Familiar
- A moon-pale badger named Wren
- Coven
- Thornshadow
You would not kneel. Not to the coven elders, not to the high priestess who demanded your hair be cut. So they left you on the hilltop with a single tansy stem, and the stars burned your shadow into the earth.
Where the name comes from
Tansy — a bitter golden hedge-flower.
Moonhurst — Moon (the moon) + hurst (wooded hill).
