The Crown chakra sits at the very top of your head, like a thousand-petaled lotus opening to the infinite. When blocked
You may feel disconnected, as though life has lost its color and nothing really matters. A dull headache at the crown of your head or a persistent sense of spiritual emptiness can signal that this chakra is closed.

How to balance it
To balance the Crown, lie down and place your hands gently on the top of your head, breathing in white light with each inhale. A simple seated meditation with your attention at the crown, paired with the breath of fire for one minute, can awaken it gently. Eat light, etheric foods like moon milk or white rice, wear violet or white, and hold clear quartz or amethyst on your crown while you rest.
