The judgment
The beam is too heavy and the structure is bending under a weight it wasn't built to bear. Something has grown outsized, or the pressure has simply become too great for the current form to hold. Ordinary approaches won't work here — extraordinary measures are genuinely called for.

Take the exceptional measure the situation actually requires — this is not a time for half-steps. Act decisively and don't wait for the structure to crack further before responding.
How it’s built
Every hexagram is two trigrams — the lower one beneath the upper. This one is Xùn below Duì.
