The judgment
Sincerity that reaches outward — the hollow centre of the hexagram is an open and genuinely transparent heart that even wild animals can sense and respond to. Trust and influence here come entirely from being real, from speaking out of what you actually understand rather than what you have calculated.
The image. Wind above the lake — truth moving over what is fully open and responsive to it.
Guidance
Speak and act from what you genuinely know and feel, without performance or strategy. Sincerity is the only credibility that works in this situation — it reaches further than argument.
How it’s built
Every hexagram is two trigrams — the lower one beneath the upper. This one is Duì below Xùn.
