Named for the undying coal in the heart of the forge-grove, the one that has burned since the first stone was laid.
Emberbinding — you can draw the heat from any fire into a single coal you carry, snuffing the flame and keeping the coal alive a full turn of the moon. When you crack it open, you can relight any pyre, oven, or hearth you have touched before. But each use dulls the coal's glow, and you must wait a year before the forge-grove yields another.
