Menelwen means 'heaven-maiden' in the old tongue, but here it names the shadow that pools between the oaks at twilight. Oakrill is the stream where the first blade was quenched in darkness.
Power
You can draw a blade from any shadow, but each time you do, the blade steals a memory—yours or another's—and you must choose which.
