Radomir Ravelholt
the Saltgrave Count
Named for the tangled coast where the sea never rests and peace is a drowned thing — Radomir from 'rad' (care) and 'mir' (peace), Ravelholt from 'ravel' (to untangle) and 'holt' (wood).
You can pull the salt from any wound and shape it into a blade that lasts one tide; each blade costs you a mouthful of seawater you must swallow, and the salt remembers every wound it has tasted.

You keep a ship's bell that never rings, though you have struck it a thousand times. It was the last sound you heard before the water took you — and the first sound you heard when it gave you back, changed. The bell is quiet now, but you still wake to its phantom chime on nights when the moon pulls hard.
