Everything on Oravane is a digital good delivered instantly, so all sales are final. Here’s exactly how it works — and how to avoid paying for something you don’t want.

Because Pro access and reports are digital and delivered immediately, we don’t offer refunds. You can preview the free tier of everything before you buy, so you always know what you’re getting.
Oravane Pro
- Cancel anytime in one click from your subscription page — no rebills, no maze.
- When you cancel, your Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; we don’t refund the current period.
- Crypto passes don’t auto-renew, so there’s nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the period does.
One-time reports
One-time reports are generated for you and delivered to your account and email, so they’re non-refundable once purchased. If a report fails to generate or you never received it, that’s on us — contact support and we’ll fix it or re-deliver it.
